How to enter

Whether you download the printable PDF form, or fill in our online web form, payment still needs to be sent in by cheque.

Follow the 3 steps below to enter:

1. Read the Race Pack and complete the printable Race Entry Form and post to the address below, or complete the online web form (you will need to verify your email address after submission). This will give you a provisional place.

(Make sure you enter a realistic 300m swim time.  Do not put “SLOW” or “Don’t know”.  If you do, discretion will be used and you may be put in with swimmers of a very different ability).

2. To confirm your place, send a cheque, made payable to HQ WATTISHAM STATION, with the name and address of the entrant written on the back, to:

(We must receive your cheque before 1st May 2012 for you to be included on the final race entry start list)

3. If you would like a copy of the race information and the results sent to you by post, please send us 2 x stamped SAE A4 sized envelopes.

 

There will be no entries on the day, military personnel particularly are to take note!
